The gold package provides two sessions within a year. This package is designed for companies who can benefit from ongoing support and have a commitment to long term change and progressive improvements.

Your company will receive an official certificate that you can display to certify that your team has been visited by a wellbeing consultant.

For workshops booked on the Silver Package or above, a Wellbeing Workbook will be provided for each employee to monitor their ongoing wellness journey.
