I am a wellness consultant with a background in performing arts and hospitality. My career, which started in London, has spanned across Korea, Dubai, and Europe, taught me the importance of balancing ambition with well-being.

After experiencing the demanding nature of professional dance and the hospitality industry, I embraced a transformative journey towards health. This personal evolution, sparked by motherhood and a desire for a sustainable lifestyle, led me to study stress management, nutrition, mindfulness, physical fitness and more.

Today, I am dedicated to sharing my journey and insights, running a business focused on enhancing well-being in the workplace.
